This all-purpose condiment is great for so many things! Burgers, keto chicken strips, on steak, pork chops and fish.
This comeback sauce is in my homemade arsenal of homemade keto condiments I make about every 2-3 weeks. This includes mayonnaise, onion ketchup (chili sauce), and sugar-free barbecue sauce. The comeback sauce rounds out the collection nicely to perk up ho hum low carb meats, salads and burgers.

Ingredients for keto comeback sauce
This is a mayonnaise-based sauce. Lots of flavor comes in from wheat-free tamari, fresh lemon juice, Frank's hot sauce (or other neutral hot sauce), a bit of sweetness from brown sugar style sweetener and just a few other ingredients. It makes a pourable dipping sauce perfect for everything you like to dip.

Easily adjust to make half a batch to try it out. Keep a notepad nearby your first time so you can note whatever adjustments you make so you have a quick reference when its time to make a full batch.
Keto comeback sauce recipe
Make enough that you will consume within 7-10 days so it keeps fresh tasting.
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp sugar free ketchup (or use my sugar free chili sauce)
- 2 Tbsp wheat-free tamari or coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp swerve brown sugar (or to taste)
- 2-3 Tbsp lemon juice to taste
- 1/2 tsp each garlic and onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2-4 tsp Frank's hot sauce
Combine all ingredients. Allow up to 30 minutes for brown sugar-style sweetener to completely integrate into the sauce.
Storing keto comback sauce
Store in a glass jar or mason jar with lid. Keep in the fridge and use within 7-10 days. I find the flavor develops best overnight but it is darn tasty right after mixing!
